I have been working diligently to bring visibility to female entrepreneurs since Lioness Magazine was first just a concept in 2011. Since then, I have met with legislators, venture capitalists and organizations serving women founders to share the needs and barriers women face when launching high-growth startups. I am the author of the white paper, "How To Close The Gender Gap In Startup Land By 2021."

I show them how to use the latest tools to innovate their marketing messaging and communications methods. My area of sparkle is digital media. 

Being around startups gives me an entrepreneurial high - I LIVE for working with innovators. It has been an honor to mentor and give feedback to early-stage founders on their startup ideas.
